OK, so I got distracted by my business today and won't have this ready until Monday or Tuesday. However, it will do a lot. It will take an input file of csv format, and not only will it return the properly formatted file for the 477 form, but it will show you all your customers on a map with the census tracts overlaid so you can visually verify. I'll keep the list updated as to the progress.
