Ooops sorry. Brand new you have a great deal! After we built our foundation, two guys using a Jeep, a gin pole, ropes and pulleys erected it without a crane.

I'm not sure why they show the finished height at 195' Each section SHOULD be 20'. I love the Rohn towers. My NOC has a 9N. This appears to be a 10N. For my 180' + tower, I dug a hole 5 feet deep and 17' x 17'. We laced 6,000 lbs of steel with double saddle wires every foot in every dimension. It took 59 1/2 yards of concrete to fill the foundation. The J bolts for the base go all the way to the bottom of the "hole," and are laced to the steel. The 1N section gets a little wispy at the top! Your price is a good one. Do you have to disassemble? I can give you some advice on how much you have to take it apart for stacking and transport. Does anyone know this ROHN SSV tower? I can't find the thing on ROHN's website anywhere. I can pick one up brand new still unbolted with base bolts and everything for $13,000. May even be able to get it a little cheaper. Kurt Fankhauser WAVELINC P.O.
