Well, for temp access I'm sure some of the businesses have internet, piggy back onto them and set a bandwidth limit so as not to suck them dry. Again, a festival committee could probably line them up for you and they could be added as a sponsor of the free wireless internet. Depending on the size of the festival, you may only need a couple of bullets with an omni on each.
