Contracts are NOT something to be taken lightly. As tempting as it is to do it without a lawyer, it's not worth it! You only get one shot and after that you gotta live with it. I've passed out contracts that were written by a lawyer in past years but found issues with them myself. They really need to be specific to your needs. So, I had "Larry the Lawyer" draw up a basic contract for my needs. His rates are reasonable, and he was a WISP so he knows our business!
