Jon was right - just loaded up 5.0rc1 and they added "webfig". Format is very much that of Winbox and looks very good at a glance!
Webbox is still there and it is still bad. Java is way too slow and not very portable (in the sense a new laptop won't use it). Flash is easier and lighter. HTML works 99.99% of the time.
