The simplest way is to get a h.254 cam (I have some for sale for like 240 or so, contact me off-list). Then you set it up to either send images every so often, or just havfe the website call the address. The second way is to have some kind of PC with a camera and that streaming to a media server. I windows 2003 server that you already have would handle the load, depending on the size. Again something else I can help with :)
