To answer your question from my end, I've had great luck with Sonicwalls and their content filtering. For a very large enterprise it can tend to get a bit costly, but it works great. I'm not a fan of their stuff for a head-end router though, but for content filtering it does pretty good - especially if you need to integrate it with Active Directory.
