Another one I should mention is ThunderCache (http://www.thundercache.com.br/). 
Again, we worked with this when it was open source and had modified it to 
provide caching of certain Akamai content. We tried making TC cache Windows 
Updates but couldn't get it to function properly.

It's on my to-do list to restart my attempts at building video / CDN caching 
server. I'm interested in building it for smaller ISPs (like some of my 
clients) who do not have the traffic volume necessary to become an Akamai 
Accelerated Network Partner.
