It's stable, offers a very nice web interface, and the "upgrade" to the collaboration product is above and beyond anything I've used before, including an Outlook/Exchange environment. The search capabilities are also much advanced to other solutions I've seen. It makes organizing and finding emails in a *many Gb* mailbox very easy.
