I can certainly give them a different power supply. We use PACWireless 24 volt supplies almost exclusively and this is the only one with an issue, but could be bad power. Cable is only about 30'. The only other thing that may be different is installer did this one when it was about 10*. Might need to recrimp the CPE end.
