I was fooling with this the other day on a RB433. I believe this package adds functionality to Radius. That's where the installation actually occurs.
I'm fed up with static addressing and am starting to use DHCP all over our (small) system. I think I can get radius to work under these circumstances, but I didn't pursue it at the moment. It's still installed, however, but there's no separate menu item.
