We spent some time of there today.

We tied all the ground wires in the cat5e to the a bus bar tied to 
electrical ground. We also used shielded patch cables also grounded to 
bus bar then we ran a ground to the antenna structure dedicated to the 
electric ground and perfecto! Works like a charm.
