Jack Rickard did a very nice version of this back in 1997 in July/Aug issue of Boardwatch's Directory of Internet Service Providers. It is a good 8 or 10 pages and was very informative for the time. I've kept that ever since, right next to my Stuart Pierce T-Shirt. <g>
