If you want laundry and repair services also, Unifirst is good. I dropped them due to cost and the issue with employees forgetting to bring the uniforms in to be laundered.
Bulk order good shirts / t-shirts and have them silk screened or embroidered locally. It's probably the cheapest approach. Have the employees wear blue jeans every day as the bottom part of their uniform.
