We use the SMART UPS series with AP9617 control / monitor cards. If you get the XL (extended run) versions, they usually have an external DC battery connector that you can add additional batteries to. We have many of these in the field with years of run time.
Expect to change batteries every 2.5 years if you want to prevent failures, or every 3-4 years if failure is acceptable.
