Basically setup the new server to match the settings of the old one. I am talking about mail server, apache, etc. You then backup the sites within webmin and then restore on the new server. Biggest issue I have ever had is with servers running postfix. You have to make sure things like username format, Maildir location and permissions, etc. all match up across the board. What I do is I have a test domain, in my case it's a site dedicated to my Import tuner car. It has a few e-mail addresses, a MYSQL database, and some other things. It's a live site so I use it to test. I always move it over first and let it sit for 4-5 days. I test mail, reachability, etc. If all goes well then I move the rest over. Our biggest server has 150 virtual domains under virtualmin.
