I guess this is a good time to mention that the TrangoLink-45 has a proper
implementation of DFS and is one of the very few radios which is actually
 FCC certified to work in this frequency band.   As is evident at LV.net,
the TL-45’s DFS mechanism on their many links is operating as it should,
and thereby avoiding the TDWR channel.

Just FYI, here at LV.Net(lasvegas.net) I have just completed a audit of
every radio i use and there a bunch of TLink-45s using frequencies close to
there but none within 40mhz of that frequency and the max they can use is
6dbm.
