Better get a crew ready for southern MO, southern IL, western TN/KY, and 
eastern AR.  4.0 on the New Madrid fault the other day.  It’s just a rumbling 
for the big one that happens every 200 years.  Last one was 1812 so it’s gunna 
pop any minute now.  If you live in SE MO, better wear your hardhat to bed.

My understanding is it worked pretty well after Katrina, but also that there 
were some problematic egos.
