A little of both.

First to market can normally charge a premium though.

Interdigital and Bluwireless have some reference boards for PtP small cell backhaul, but nobody seems to be using them.

There's tons of 60GHz stuff, but I can't find anybody that actually makes a 802.11ad backhaul yet.
