Not on the 3 port edgerouter light. It's purely designed for high speed
routing.

8 port edgerouter, 8 port + SFP edgerouter, and maybe the 5 port
edgerouter POE have switch chips tied to a few of the ports... but it's
mainly per port tied straight to the cavium chip
