It could create a better support and supply chain for the folks who are not
high volume customers. The two companies may agree that Ceragon won¹t focus
on the smaller markets such as WISPs, and let Cambium do that.  If cambium
focuses on that market then Ceragon may devote more resources to product
development and different markets.

Just a possibility. But what do I know.
