Drop in Mikrotik MAP, put it on a IP, and place it on the same circuit with a IP without UPS. When it goes off-line, your monitoring system tells you MAP without UPS is off-line, you know you don't have utility power, what we do if you don't hae sitemonitors etc.. Simple, cheap..
