Hi William, The HD stream on realchoicetv uses about 5-6mbps which is about the same as Netflix and Hulu. We really didn't need to "budget" any more bandwidth capacity because our clients are already streaming video.
As for costs contact CTI they are doing the sales for realchoice and they can give you their pricing.
