I think you're dreaming about republican appointees. The only thing
they respect is the gratuities from big-business. Bribes used to be
illegal, maybe if we all donate to wispa, wispa could bend their ear by
donating to their favorite charity, often.

To answer the other question - yes, I do think we can make a
difference here. There are 5 commissioners and the vote currently is
two against the NPRM, one for the NPRM, and two on the fence. We only
need to sway one of the two. When we talk to Representative and
Senators about this we have found very few who are aware of the issue.
When we discuss it with them so far all have been opposed to selling
this spectrum exclusively to the cell companies.
The social media pressure helps to get their attention.
