Then call, all of the WISPA members that offer billing systems, Azotel, Sonar, VISP, PowerCode, etc, and talk to them understand what you MUST have and then what you would like. Then make your determination. There is not nor has there ever been a perfect billing system. But if you follow this approach, you will find one that fits within your cost model, within your budget, and has everything you must have and most of what would be nice.
