Hi List, it's been quite a while I'm looking to set up a contact center for my clients with a CRM integrated to FreePBX as well as trouble ticketing software. I want to deploy all the systems on premise not hosted. What solutions have you used and what do you recommend? How do you rate Bitrix24?
