Thanks everyone for the advice, hopefully, this discussion helps others. I didn't know about the phone requirement until the GSO webinar last week.
While some interactivity is good, webinars are a bit time consuming for us because we're in the field most of the day. Are there any online documents that anyone could be pointed to for an overview? If we're going to do this I want to be sure that we're meeting all of the requirements...
