Hi,
found that capturing on "promiscuous mode"-enabled (sub)interface, while Intel
Network Connections (ANS) Suite 22.9.16.0 (last one) is deployed to configure
VLANs, breaks all interfaces connectivity. Found first on 2.6.x version with
WinPcap, also latest 3.0.0 with NPcap.
Windows 10 Pro (10.0.16299).
