Wireshark-win64-3.0.2rc0-24-g414d8c31.exe is broken in that while it detects
and initially calls my extcap plugin, it then fails to call my extcap plugin
for reloading/refreshing some parameter. My extcap doesn't even get started, as
I don't see my extcap writing any new logentries. So this looks like a fail on
another issue of 3.0.2rc0.
Going back -- or rather forward -- to
Wireshark-win64-3.1.0rc0-549-gda848399.exe makes my plugin work again.
Trying newest Wireshark-win64-3.1.0rc0-601-gcd41d4d9.exe fails, but this time
because the setup is completely borked and misses brotlidec.dll.
I'm afraid I have to call this test rather "suckcess" :)
