EVPN BGP Update
Build Information:
Version 3.3.0 (v3.3.0rc0-1424-g040cb0c9ddef)
--
Dear developers,
I noticed that Wireshark displays a VNI field as an MPLS Label even when VxLAN
encapsulation (0x8) is specified in the Tunnel type extended BGP community
(bgp.ext_com.tunnel_type). For example, in the attached dump, Wireshark
displays the VNI field and value as "MPLS Label 1: 125062" instead of "VNI:
2001002".
You can find supporting information in the section 5.1.3 of the RFC8365 [1].
Thank you.
