Build Information:
Version 2.1.0-1474-g1f0c9f6 (v2.1.0rc0-1474-g1f0c9f6 from master)

Compiled (32-bit) with Qt 5.3.2, with WinPcap (4_1_3), with libz 1.2.8, with
GLib 2.38.0, with SMI 0.4.8, with c-ares 1.9.1, with Lua 5.2, with GnuTLS
3.2.15, with Gcrypt 1.6.2, with MIT Kerberos, with GeoIP, with QtMultimedia,
with AirPcap.

Running on 32-bit Windows 7 Service Pack 1, build 7601, with locale C, with
WinPcap version 4.1.3 (packet.dll version 4.1.0.2980), based on libpcap version
1.0 branch 1_0_rel0b (20091008), with GnuTLS 3.2.15, with Gcrypt 1.6.2, without
AirPcap.

Built using Microsoft Visual C++ 12.0 build 31101

If you look at the attached capture (lcsap.snoop) you will notice the
following:
- In the id-E-UTRAN-Cell-Identifier IE the parameter E-CGI.pLMNidentity is
"decomposed" into MCC and MNC, but these two parameters are not displayed in a
way that it becomes clear it's only a decomposition (see attachment
"plmn.png"). I would expect that these two were displayed as collapsable items
"below" its "parent" pLMNidentity.

- The QoS parameters have no human-readable representation for
"horizontal-Accuracy: 19" and "vertical-Accuracy: 0". It would be very helpful
if a representation in "x.xxx m" was given.

- The IMSI parameter is not decoded, just the hex representation is given. It
would be nice if it could be displayed in a human-readable way (imsi.png).
