I know I could put this capture through a debugger to find the answer, but how
is this capture dissected as TNS?  TNS uses a (non-IANA) registered TCP port
1521 and doesn't have an explicit heuristic function.  Neither port in this
case is 1521, so how does the TCP dissector end up choosing TNS?  I think the
"heuristics" of the dissection function are weak, but I thought it was
"protected" because it would only affect port 1521.
