According to the logs TShark runs fine and is able to capture data, which means
that the various libraries that it depends on are present and working.
Wireshark depends on the same libraries as TShark along with Qt, so it could be
that something is wrong with the Qt assets.

Another possibility is that something is blocking Wireshark. Do you have
anything installed that offers keylogger or spyware protection like the
misguided software in bug #11440?
