I have two queries.
I have a complete HEX dump for MTP2->SCCP->TCAP.
May be TCAP has payload to map or cap or anything else.

I m using text2pcap.exe to convert HEX dump to pcap.
i m using command text2pcap -l hexfile.txt capfile.pcap
What should be the link-layer type of this packet?
And what should be the best way to pick link-layer type for any packet?
When we have SSN value 0xEF what it means.ie what it maps to?
