I also see that behavior but figured it was just Xcode convention. I am getting actual errors within Xcode after ‘cmake -G Xcode’. This can easily be resolved by not testing ‘—as-needed’ or ‘—pie’ when XCODE just like what is done for MSVC. What do you see in your CMakeError.log and CMakeOutput.log for ‘—as-needed’? What version of Xcode are you using?
