Hi This depends on how sophisticated you want the final panel to be. If you just want to add new statistics for one dissector, this likely could be done in a week. Take a look at README.stats_tree for details in the doc subdirectory of the source-code.
If you want a more sophisticated analysis done, this could take a little more time, but still well less than 10 weeks.
