Ah, [image: image.png] The problem was that I began with 'x64_x64 Cross Tools Command Prompt for VS 2019', rather than 'x64 Native Tools Command Prompt for VS 2019'. When I initially pressed the Windows key then typed 'c' 'm' 'd' the former appeared, whereas for the correct (latter) one I had to go digging in the 'Visual Studio 2019' program group. Thanks Graham!
