Hi jeff, Thanks for the info, is there a way we can capture such traffic aside from wireshark, then we would dissect it in another box or like capture packets then save it in another file like multiple files before we dissect it. Thanks

I'm not sure what you mean by that. Certainly Wireshark is good for capturing and analyzing IP packets. However it is NOT good for capturing huge amounts of traffic: it's really a protocol analyzer, not a traffic analyzer.
