Also, if the https session isn't using client auth then you probably only
need the private key of the WebSeal host.

How did you receive the key? It's just a file and can be treated like one.
It's up to you where to save it on your system running Wireshark. After
you did that, you can point to it in the SSL-protocol preferences.
