Since I could not get the JavaScript syntax right and since I did not want
another link for them to pick before they got to the login I built a .tml as
a redirect. I added the meta tags <@USERREFERANCEArgument> and my meta tag
random number generator to the redirect URL and the random number and user
reference now show up at the 1st hit.
