Almost certainly it is that you have not specified the correct path for the 
client's machine. Either use an absolute path (ie 
ServerHD:root:website:filename.ext) or use tags such as <@WEBROOT> and 
<@APPFILEPATH> and variables for the filename (ie <@var exportfilename>.

In some cases, it could be that you are trying to save it into a directory 
for which the web server doesn't have appropriate privileges.
