I don't know the specifics of this issue, but it's a moot point to Tango. Once the value of the file input has been copied to a post argument and sent to Tango, it must be tokenized. The <@TOKENIZE> tag accepts a list of single character delimiters. So, this would be pretty likely to work properly for all platforms:
