Witango-Talk: Tango/Javascript

Hello, Any thoughts on using javascript w/ Witango to have a form that after each change on the form fields on the page is updated in the database?  I have looked at using a grid com object - but can't find one that is relatively easy to integrate with Witango.  Thanks.
