Witango-Talk: Witango crontab execution

Tango 2000 on Windows 2000 :

I've added some tasks to the crontab file and stopped and started the Tango service (in the services control panel) a couple times but the new tasks don't get executed. Any suggestions on how to get Tango to recognize the new tasks?
