Ben is right on the money here. I had to obtain a 25 user version of Oterro at one site. This was after I had already increased it to a 10 user version of Oterro. You can't open the R:base database with the desktop product and the oterro product at the same time and expect them to work. I believe the R:Tango 2000 has a single user version of Oterro. This is single user as far as R:base is concerned. The Oterro will open multiple database threads (instances) in its own right as need for web purposes. You just can hit that same database with multiple instances of R:base too.
