And the "?" in front of the prices is supposed to be an Euro character but does not seem to come thru correctly... converted into dollars approx 1,15 times (100 EUR = 115 USD).

Things are not too complicated if you happen to be a lawyer working in the marketing dept. at MS trying tofigure out ne ways of packageing inmaterial rights, but for the rest of people out here it's far from obvious. Your server + 5 clients is a "boxed product" which is sold from the shelf containing CD + some rudimentary docs. The five clients just mean that you are allowed to connect no more than 5 ws to the server at any time (please observe: not concurrent). If you need a Windows server for Witango where you ONLY use the server as an application server for running IIS, Witango and db server etc. services then the following choices (and approx prices in ?) are at the moment available: Cheapest alternatives with their corresponding MS product code if available: P70-00003 Win SVR 2003 WEB Edition ENG OEM, approx ? 320 - only sold as a "white box" with new server or workstation hardware, including installation CD, no clients included P70-???? Win SVR 2003 WEB Edition ENG OLP NL, approx ? 500 - license only, you have to buy the installation CD separate (approx ? 25) if you don't have it from before, no clients included, you need to enter into a OLP (Open License Program) "agreement" with MS and you can't transfer the licenses to your customers . . . about one zillion additional alternatives not worth to list.... Best business practice: Each time you buy hardware (motherboard/processor) for a new server or workstation also include the OEM box product and keep one or two of them on the shelf so you have it when you or your customer needs one for whatever old or new server. With WiTango, I completely understand the packageb, but with this new server I seem to be lost. When it says Microsoft 2003 Server (5 Clients). What exactly is it saying and/or meaning.
