Hey All!

I've got a couple problems I hope someone might have some insight on out
there.

I'm running Witango Studio 5.0.1.037, App Server 5.0.1.062, Windows 2000,
Apache 1.3 and Oracle 8.1. I'm using the native Oracle Connection.

1) When I open an existing taf file and update a results action on, say a
search action, when I close the results action, it no longer shows on the
main view of the screen, like there's no code for the results action. When I
click the Results HTML button, the code is there, but nothing beside the
search action. If i save the file, close down the editor (or it crashes) and
I open it again all the Results HTML are where they should be, but if I edit
them, they disappear again.

2) Slightly more serious issue. I've got a file that hits the Oracle
database a couple dozen times to assign a whole bunch of times in order to
assign necessary domain vars. However, when I hit it, it usually dies on me
stating the connection was lost or some other such rubbish. If I refresh, I
can't connect. In my event log, I'm getting the errors 3 at a time:

I can build a Tango action that hits the data base a couple times and I
never have any problems with it. I've had this file that causes the errors
run sometimes, and die othertimes. It doesn't have anything more complicated
than assign actions in it. I'm wondering if this is more of an Oracle
problem, but I figured I'd start with the lesser of two evils.

Thanks!

Jonah Simpson
