Question? Does it work if you set the case exact in Witango
From the DOCS Variable names are case insensitive; for example, myVar is the same variable as MYVAR and MyVaR. You sure R:Base doesn’t have case on?

I had a search action time out and the variable in the criteria section had a different case than when it was defined.
