We are using Witango v5 Professional Server for a client. We use a remote smtp server to send status eMails. Last week there were some Witango error messages which stated the smtp Mail action timed out after 5 minutes. IS THERE A CONTROL MECHANISM TO ADJUST THE TIMEOUT PERIOD FOR MAIL ACTIONS? IS THIS A DNS OR SMTP EMAIL SERVER ISSUE AND CAN ANY OTHER INFORMATION BE RETRIEVED ON THIS?
