Take out the WIDTH=40

I've done the first one as on:
http://developer.witango.com/fergal/wayne.html

It doesn't wrap on Firefox either. Most of your cells don't have a width
specified - seems IE compares the width=40 to the other cells within that
table and shrinks them.

If you do want to have width=40, try applying it to all the cells...
